All products are made to order. Your item is produced after purchase and then shipped to you.

Production Time
Most apparel items are produced within 3–7 business days.
Footwear and specialty items typically require 10–15 business days for production.

Delivery Time After Shipping
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time
Apparel: approximately 7–14 business days
Footwear & specialty items: approximately 14–25 business days

Please note that delivery estimates include production time plus carrier transit time.

Multiple Shipments
Orders containing different product types may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Returned packages may require additional postage for reshipment.

Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for postal carrier delays, customs processing, or weather-related interruptions once the package has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation if your order arrives damaged or appears lost so we can help resolve the issue.
