Orders

When will my order ship?
All items are made to order. Apparel usually arrives in about 1–2 weeks. Footwear and specialty items typically arrive in about 2–3 weeks.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because orders go into production quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible shortly after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please email us immediately. If the order has not entered production, we can update it. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.


Shipping

Why haven’t I received a tracking number yet?
Tracking is sent after your item finishes production and ships. Production time happens before shipping time.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Different products may ship from different facilities, so items may arrive separately.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you need a different size or replacement, contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange when possible.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.

Are shipping costs refundable?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
Slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.


Gift Cards

How do gift cards work?
Gift cards are delivered electronically after purchase and can be used at checkout just like a payment method.

Do gift cards expire?
No, gift cards do not expire.

Can gift cards be refunded?
Gift cards are non-refundable.
